Pantless Pasco Woman Causes Ruckus in Church, Damages Statue
Authorities are still sorting out what may have prompted a Pasco woman to cause a ruckus in a church Tuesday, while wearing no pants.
Around 4:30pm, 42-year-old Olga Elizondo Guzman entered St. Patricks Catholic Parish at 1320 West Henry Street, took off her pants and began to cause a scene. When first responders arrived they offered her crisis management and tried to talk with her, but she refused. She became physcially combative and in the ruckus badly damaged the church's Virgin Mary statute.
Police found she had already damaged some property in the church prior to taking out the statue. She was booked on charges of destruction of property and unlawful public exposure. No word if a psych evaluation will be performed as well.
