Pendleton Police Fed Up with Shopping Cart Thieves

I must have 60 or 70 shopping carts at my house. I'm not a thief. I just forget to return them. I have a ramp for my pickup and I just wheel the cart on up and head home. That's so much easier than unloading your groceries right there in the parking lot of the store. Naturally, the next time I go to the store, I forget to bring a shopping cart back. Man, when they outlaw plastic bags and I have to remember to bring my own, I'm gonna really be jacked over.

But in reality, shopping cart thefts are becoming a real problem in Pendleton and police have had enough.
