Police Nab 2 of 3 Suspects in BIG Lowes Theft Attempt–The Slow Guy
An apparent lack of speed by one suspect has landed him in jail, after a botched theft at the Pasco Lowes.
SUSPECTS TRIED TO PILFER 900 BUCKS WORTH OF MERCHANDISE
Unlike many thefts, Lowes workers were able to delay-confront the suspects long enough for Police to arrive.
Around 4:40 PM Thursday, 29-year-old Justin Keith Walker, 37-year-old Geoffrey Wayne Miller, and 39-year-old Lucas James Deering tried to get away with some $900 worth of unpaid merchandise.
THE CHASE WAS ON WHEN POLICE ARRIVED
Walker bolted and made it to the getaway car driven by Deering, but Miller was not fast enough. Pasco Police said he was slower than Peyton Manning on a bootleg, and he was captured.
Deering sped away in a dark blue BMW and sped towards Richland. Pasco officers gave chase but due in part to new crime laws had to terminate when they entered town.
The search continues for Walker and Deering who are also being investigated for other thefts. Anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential. From their attire, they're well acquainted with area law enforcement.
