Police now believe foul play may be involved in the disapperance of a two year old Bellevue boy, who vanished from his mother's car after she claimed leaving him there while she went to get gas for her stranded car.

The mother,  Julie Biryukova, told authorities Sunday her car ran out of gas in Bellevue, she took her four year old daughter and walked about a mile to a nearby gas station to get fuel.  When she returned in just under an hour, her two year old son Sky Metalwala was missing.  Police do say it's possible he let himself out of the car, but not likely.  The mother claimed he was strapped into his car seat,  one door of the car was possibly left unlocked.  But police absolutely suspect foul play, they believe someone in the family knows something about what happened to the boy.  The father, Solomon Metalwaya, has taken a polygraph exam, but results were inconclusive.  The mother has refused to take the test.
