Police Seeking This Bike Thief, Took It Right Off Porch [VIDEO]

Fortunately, the homeowner has a pretty good security video system. Unfortunately, the perp got away with the bike.

Richland police are looking for this guy, who stole a bike from this home around 4am Thursday. The theft occurred in the 400 block of Abbot Street. It is possible this guy might know the people who live here, or had been prowling the area, because he seemed to know exactly where the bike was located.

You will notice he completely steps over and leaves behind a razor type scooter seen lying on the lawn right by the porch.
