Slippery New Snow Dooms Kennewick Tagger, Caught by Police After Fall
If you're going to be out tagging, or spraying graffiti on buildings, fences or other property, wear appropriate footwear so you can run from cops. Some of the suspects artwork pictured at left.
Early Tuesday morning in East Kennewick around 1am, police were alerted to a group of teenagers who were spraying a fence. Police responded to the witness report, and found the boys.
They quickly scattered and ran, but one of them slipped on the new wet snow we got overnight, and face planted as he tried to get away.
He was quickly caught, and is now facing 3rd Degree Malicious Mischief, obstructing a public servant, and was actually wanted on a previous outstanding warrant.
Police thanked the citizen for alertly calling police when something just didn't look right, and urge others to report obviously suspicious activity.
