Smart Oregon Rancher Uses “Tube Man” to Scare Away Wolves!

When you see these tube man machines on a car lot they catch your eye and you kind of want to watch it for a minute. For wolves, as you might imagine, it's quite the opposite effect. Surely they must be thinking it's a giant creature out to get them and head for the hills.
