Special 911 First Responders Memorial Run Coming Sunday

The City of Kennewick police department is staging a special 911 Memorial run Sunday morning, open to all firefighters, police, military and their families, slated for 8:30am in Kennewick.

The 5.5 mile run-walk will begin at the Kennewick Police Department on 4th. Avenue and work it's way up to the 911 Memorial at the Southridge Sports Complex.

The run is to honor the incredible valor of the 911 first responders as well as their families and all others who work to keep us safe. For more details and information, email john.greenough@ci.kennewick.wa.us.

The public is invited to join in supporting the runners with the race starting at about 8:30am at the Police station.
