Most people who pay attention to their neighborhood know when things look 'funny.'

That was likely the case this morning in Kennewick. Shortly after 11AM officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of West 5th Place about a suspicious vehicle.

Police said a check of the plates revealed the car had previously been reported stolen, but as the vehicle fled the scene when Offices arrived, they didn't pursue it due to traffic concerns.

However, a short time later, a Benton County Deputy spotted the car, pulled it over and the multiple occupants have been "detained."  The investigation continues. No other information released yet.
