When a car or person seems out of place, there's a reason sometimes.

Early Tuesday morning, Kennewick police received a call from some workers at Grocery Outlet at 4th and Vancouver about a man in a vehicle in the parking lot. The circumstances were curious enough that they felt they needed to call.

Upon arrival around 5AM police contacted 25-year-old Anthony Hatchell and found he had a loaded gun concealed in his car, but he didn't have any paperwork. Turns out he didn't have a license to possess the gun nor did he have concealed or transport papers to be allowed to carry or store the gun in his car.

He was arrested and his car impounded for further investigation. Something just tells us there's more to this than what police are letting on, but no other information released.
