Sooner or later, life returns to a greater state of normal...we hope. Apparently, 49 other states, even Oregon, have rescinded their COVID state of emergencies. Not us.
DOH plans to test wastewater in sewer systems, use 'equity' to ensure 'fair' healthcare, and pledges to work at "fighting misinformation" about COVID going forward.
Oregon, like WA, has its Labor and Industries 'operated' or overseen by OSHA (Feds). Oregon has already announced after the Supreme Court ruling, no vax or testing mandate for businesses.
The big issue here is the Board of Health wanting to add COVID-19 etc. to the list of existing viruses-diseases from which they can use WAC (Washington Administrative Code) to quarantine persons.
