KID has announced that the last day for water service for its customers will be Friday October 13th. They announced the information on a press release this morning. On that very same day, KID will start base line testing and announced that the canals may seem more full during testing the seepage from the canals...

KID says that they have repaired the leak found on the main canal near Badger Road and Interstate 82 and water service should be returned in 24 to 36 hours. The cement section has been re[aired but it will take more then a day for the water to reach all customers...
