This Guy Is a ‘Richard Noggin’ For Shoplifting at Dicks Sporting Goods

Didn't take long for the five finger discounters to start hitting newer stores in Tri-Cities.

Kennewick police are seeking to ID this guy, he allegedly walked out of Dick's Sporting Goods at Columbia Center around 6:15pm Monday with merchandise he didn't pay for. Apparently multiple items.

Anyone who knows any information of who he is, please call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential. And yes he's a "Richard Noggin" for shopifting, regardless if it was Dick's or elsewhere.
