Kennewick police arrested a man late Tuesday night after it was found he'd 'broken' into a backyard, but then could not find his way out.

Authorities say they were alerted to the plight of Garrett Ailment when he began yelling for help from a backyard in the 200 block of South Olympia.

Police say he had broken into or accessed the fenced locked yard, but was unable to get out. He panicked and began to yell.  He's now facing a variety of trespass and destruction of property charges. Neighbors had heard the yelling and called police.
