Tri-City Memorial Day Observances, Celebrations-Times and Locations

Here's a look at where you can go Monday to pay your respects and honor our veterans, past and present, on Memorial Day.

*9am Riverview Heights Cemetery Olympia and 10th. in Kennewick. A special observance honoring veterans. Visitors are welcome throughout the day.

*11am Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 10th and Union in Kennewick.  Flags will be displayed, a special color guard from the VFW, and more to salute veterans.  Cemetary will be open throughout the day for visitors to pay respects and honor vets.

*11am Sunset Memorial Gardens, ByPass Highway, Richland. Throughout the weekend, 1,000 American flags will be on display, including lining their walk of honor for veterans. At 11am, a special ceremony and presentation to start the day of saluting those who have served.
