Vandals Destroy Bathrooms at Leslie Groves…Why?

Richland Police need your help finding the people or person who vandalized the newly re-done restrooms at Leslie Groves park

This time will cost the city of Richland $2000 however they are reportedly spending $10,000 annually to deal with this sort of vandalism.

To answer my question...there is no reason why this is happening!
