Walla Walla Passes Emergency Declaration — See Closures, Changes

The City of Walla Walla has passed an Emergency Declaration (similar to one done by state) that will significantly affect public access.

It will do into effect March 17, Tuesday. From City website and police department:

"This is not a declaration of martial law"

Starting tomorrow all city offices will be closed, as will the library, all recreation programs cancelled,
