Dead Body Found Floating In the Yakima River Identified

An autopsy will be conducted on the body of Tri-Cities resident, 29 year old Ryan Chapman. Kayakers spotted his body floating in the Yakima River Saturday afternoon in the vicinity of the 182/240 interchange. Law enforcement suspects suicide, but the investigation continues. There were reports of a man in that area confronting people on the walking path around that time, but it is not known if that was the same person.
