Richland Police are likely handing out some felony charges on this one.

Why Will These Two Face Felony Charges?

Richland Police are seeking to ID these two suspects, because they chose to take all this stuff from the Richland Home Depot without paying for it.

RPD did not offer a date or time when this occurred, it appears to be early morning or perhaps evening. Officer Yates is working this case for Richland, and really wants to get to know these two.

The reason they're likely facing felony charges is that once you reach certain financial amounts in shoplifting, it escalates from a misdemeanor to a felony. The little kid stealing a candy bar is a misdemeanor,  all this stuff is a felony.

The amount of goods they stole was said to be $1600.

The one guy in the red NIKE shirt appears in one of the photos to be thinking, 'can I get a little help with this big load of stolen stuff?' Look at all the pretty flowers and plants they took, plus it looks like garden soil, fertilizer, and more.
