KPD Police Chief Runs Across Pot Smokers While Jogging

Something you don't see everyday when out jogging-not being chased by a dog, or tripping over the mailman, but running across pot smokers. 

Kennewic police chief  Ken Hohenberg and two police commanders were out jogging Monday near Clover Island, when they noticed a suspicious vehicle with several people inside.  Upon drawing closer, Hohenberg and his officers clearly smelled marijuana smoke coming from inside.  Rather than try to chase the car as it sped away, they simply called a black and white unit on their radios, and the KPD car was waiting to pull over the suspects as they left the island.   It just doesn't get any easier than that!
