OSP Investigating Fatal Semi-Crash in Umatilla County near Tollgate [PHOTOS]

A 51-year old Montana man is dead following an early morning crash Friday on Highway 204.

Oregon State Police report shortly after 7am, an empty logging truck driven by Shane Gordon Cosgriff of  Greycliff, Montana, was  rounding a corner when he lost control and the truck rolled several times.

The accident occured about 40 miles Southeast of Walla Walla, not far from Tollgate in Umatilla County.

Apparently Cosgriff was not wearing any seatbelts, and was partially ejected from the truck, and it rolled over on him as it left the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
