BFHD Unveils New “Heat Map” to Show COVID Hot Spots

In an effort to better educate and inform the public, the Benton Franklin Health Department has unveiled a new 'heat map,' that uses thermal like technology to show where confirmed  COVID cases are concentrated in the 2 counties.

Using a series of overlays, people can also see where cases are in comparison to population density and other information.

The maps will be updated each day at around 1PM according to officials. To see the new heat map, click on the button below.
