Driver’s Blood Alcohol Level 3x Limit When He Drove Through Doors
Adams County Sheriff's Deputies said they have not seen Blood Alcohol Content levels like this for some time.
The driver, whose name was not released, plowed his pickup through the doors of Bob's Korner Market in Othello. The glass was shattered, doors bent, but fortunately it wasn't worse.
Upon arrival deputies tested him. His breathalyzer test came back at 0.265, The legal limit for intoxication is 0.08 (he was hammered).
According to various medical websites, an average-sized man (175-180 lbs) would need TWELVE drinks to reach that level.
Besides the damage, he is facing a variety of legal issues, to say the least.
At least he was not hurt in the incident.
