Economy-Obama Says He Will Circumvent Congress (video)

President Obama has offered up proof of what many have suspected or seen all along.  If Congress will not pass what he wants, he will do it anyway.

When asked by a Colorado TV reporter what it would take to 'win' Colorado or the next election, and what his (Obama's) plans are, he said the following:

"President Obama: "Well, what we're going to have to do is continue to make progress on the economy over the next several months. And where Congress is not willing to act, we're going to go ahead and do it ourselves.
