New Italian Restaurant Open in Downtown Pasco on North 4th Avenue
If you're craving Italian food, there's a brand new restaurant open in downtown Pasco!
What's the name?
Ciao Trattoria is an eatery featuring Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. It's NOW open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am till 8 pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.
The Menu
The Ciao Trattoria menu features a variety from the classic Gyro Sandwich, tasty appetizers, various coffees and beverages to Lemon Pasta, salads, and delectable desserts.

Who is Ciao Trattoria?
Chef Jessie Ayala has a passion for food. Chef Ayala attended Culinary School and worked at the Columbia Tower Club and The Crab Pot in Seattle. The Chef then was offered to work at a family bed and breakfast in Prosser, before he and his wife Susanne opened a restaurant in downtown Prosser in 2010. They partnered with local wineries to pair entrees with wines.
What's next?
According to their website, the husband-wife team was approached and committed to the idea of opening a restaurant in the new Osprey Pointe Market Place going in at the Port of Pasco. They remain committed and plan to open Ciao Kitchen as a casual fine dining restaurant and full bar.
Ciao Trattoria is located at 112 North 4th Avenue in Pasco. Currently, the Ayala's continue to operate a food truck and catering business, as well.
