Scaregrounds Delivers Over $7,000 for Local Charities

It feels a little strange to talk about Halloween in December, but several local charities are loving it! During the month of October, Townsquare Media put on the Scaregrounds, a haunted attraction that combined Terror Behind the Screen, Project 13, and the new Freakshow 3-D. In its first year at the Benton County Fairgrounds, the Scaregrounds was a huge success! The month long event, complete with the highly popular Kid's Day, raised $7,913 for local charities!

Charity benefactors were the Tri-Cities Rotary, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, And Kennewick Police Community Care fund. Big thanks go to our local business partners too: Windermere Real Estate Tri-Cities in Kennewick, Mirage Pool and Spa, Richland Tire Factory, and Apollo Heating and Air. And of course, none of this is possible without YOU, so thanks for coming out! Next year will be even bigger and better!
