WA Passes Could Get First Snow of the Season
The first day of Fall kicked off officially on Monday and it looks like the first spurt of snow is on the way for the weekend forecast.
Our Washington State Passes could experience a light coating of snow at White and Stevens Pass.
The snow levels will be dropping according to the National Weather Service and it's a possibility of snowfall in the mountains and the passes.
Our nighttime temps in the Cascades will drop into the 20's and 30's and daytime temps will hover in the 50's and 60's.
It seems a little early for winter travel but anything is possible. I once remember it snowing in June one year when I traveled through Montana.
