Wanna Go Jogging Naked? Try Seattle-You Won’t Get Charged
In most communities a naked jogger would have been at least taken to the police station and asked a few questions, especially if it's in the middle of the night. But apparently not in Seattle.
Last Friday a Redmond, WA officer on patrol saw something unusual in the spotlight of his patrol vehicle, the naked butt of a male jogger.
According to KOMO-TV news, the man was wearing only black running shoes, and was seen sauntering along near the campus of Microsoft (there's a joke in there somewhere but we will leave it alone...).
The officer thought initially about putting him in the car because of frigid temperatures at 3:30 in the morning. But the man said he was jogging naked to "build up his immune system."
According to KOMO and police, normally jogging naked qualifies for an indecent exposure charge, but the man was not cited because no one else was around, so there were no "victims." Guess a naked guy jogging around the Microsoft Computer facility at 3:30 in the morning isn't really suspicious?
