The lawyers representing Barronelle Stutzman, the owner of Arlene's Flowers, in her Supreme Court appeal, have filed a brief with the court.

Stutzman lost her case against the state after being sued for refusing to provide floral services for a same-sex wedding. Her attorneys argued it violated her religious and freedom of expression beliefs. The state, led by AG Bob Ferguson, claimed she violated the Consumer Protection Act.

These briefs address some of the arguments made by Ferguson and the ACLU, who had joined in the suit. Her attorneys are also hoping the State Supreme Court will hear her case, as they are appealing the lawsuit verdict.
