The Cities of Richland, Pasco, Kennewick and West Richland all have reportedly declared Emergency Proclamations over the COVID-19 virus. However, only Richland has made it available for reading on the city website.  Pasco is expected to have theirs posted soon.

West Richland has a Coronavirus operational plan that outlines what's closed, open and how the city is dealing with the issue.  Pasco just released their in a news brief butKennewick has nothing on their city websites...at least not yet.

A check of the Kennewick  city website as of noon Wednesday showed no links or mention of the Emergency Proclamations.

Richland is the only one to publish the actual proclamation. This is important because these declarances do give city officials 'power' to institute closings, delays or cancellations of service, and potential quarantines or other measures that affect the public. Pasco did release details of their in a brief, expected to go on website soon.

It greatly helps the public when they can actually read them and see what's potentially involved.
