Suspect Tries ‘Reverse Receipt’ Fraud, But Keeps the TP

Apparently he was trying to 'wipe' up money from the store?

Richland police did not say which store this occurred in but are hoping someone in the community recognizes this guy--even if the pictures aren't the best.

In a scheme we've not really heard of before, the suspect allegedly entered the grocery store with a receipt. He then filled a cart with the items on the receipt and proceeded to get a refund using the stuff he'd just taken off the shelves.

After pocketing the cash, he left with the one item he'd actually brought with him.  The toilet paper. Except, it WASN'T on the receipt.
