We're not sure what to make of this. Think the Flintstone's foot-propelled car meets a bicycle!German designers have unveiled a new device called "The Fitz". It's a two wheel contraption where the 'rider' straps into a harness, then propels themselves with their legs. It is steered like a regular bike, with hand controls for brakes. The bike's body curves like a rainbow over the rider, and your head goes between a wide split, or fork, in the frame.

The bike was an entry in the James Dyson Award (yes, the vacuum guy) competition for aspiring designers.    Steep hill climbs are a challenge, and safety remains a question for downhills, but the designers were seeking "healthy econological mobility in an urban space." Would YOU ride one of these?  Take our poll!
