The call came in around 8:45 Thursday morning.

Officials at the Grant County International Airport immediately initiated an emergency plan after getting a call that a bomb was reportedly planted at the airport.

Neighboring schools and offices went into about a three-hour lockdown while police, Grant County deputies and a bomb-sniffing dog searched the area.

After a thorough examination, no explosive or suspicious devices were found, and no air traffic was interrupted due to the threat.  While the investigation continues, officials did not have any comment on who might have issued the threat or why.
