Burbank’s Road Washout Is Still a Mystery
For a road to wash out you generally need water, like from a flash flood or days of steady rain. In the absence of those two things, Shoreline Drive in Burbank managed to wash out anyway! Tons of mud covered the roadway but it is reopened now. Experts have investigated the situation and everyone seems quite baffled as to where the water came from. Shoreline Drive rolls along the Snake River between Ice Harbor Dam and Charbonneau Park.
