Felon Tries To Dump Meth in Bathroom at Circle K
Kennewick police have three people in the Benton County jail after they were arrested Thursday at the Circle K convenience store at 1st. and Washington.
Thursday night members of the Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT) and Kennewick dectectives saw 32-year-old Bobby L. Crouch driving, when it was known he had a suspended license. Before police could stop him, he pulled into the Circle K parking lot, and 38-year-old Matthew A. Lommen got out and went inside.
Police approached Crouch's car, and saw a gun on the seat, after which a female in the car, identified as 23-year-old Kelseelee P. Mobray, reached for it to try to hide it. Turns out, the three are all convicted felons, and not allowed to possess a firearm. Police cited them for meth, firearms violations, and Lommen had two outstanding warrants.
It was apparent the three might have seen the police cars, because when Lommen went into the store, reports indicate he dumped a bag of meth in the bathroom, most likely in the sink or toilet.
A fourth person in the car, an unidentified 32-year-old man, was released with no charges.
