Much like the telephone event held in January for the 8th Legislative District (Benton-Yakima-Grant Counties)  this event will allow citizens to voice opinions and concerns.

9th District Senator Mark Schoesler (R) of Ritzville  will be a part of the telephone town hall, slated for 7pm Tuesday February 18th.

Many randomly selected numbers in the district will receive reminder phone calls with information about the session that evening and inviting them to stay on if they wish to participate.   The 9th Legislative District includes Franklin County (Pasco) as well as Adams, Asotin, Garfield, Whitman and parts of Spokane County.

The number to call to participate is 1-877-229-8493.   Participants should press 17455 when prompted.  Citizen participants will have an opportunity to ask questions that will be included in the discussion.

Legislators will be seeking input and opinions from participants on some of the hot-button issues facing the state, as the legislative session in Olympia will wrap up March 13th.
