Guy With ‘Old Man’ Mask Uses Stolen Debit Card at ATM [VIDEO]

Richland police are trying to get any information about this guy.

Police did not say when this incident occurred, but did indicate this man allegedly used a debit card at the ATM at Columbia Bank. The card was stolen.

The suspect wore an 'old man' mask which completely hid his face.

Best bet might be to keep a look out for somebody with a mask like this.
