2012 was quite the election!

In Philadelphia, the same city where GOP court-appointed voter observers have been kicked out of 16 voting locations, one precinct featured a full-wall mural of Obama in blatant violation of Pennsylvania election law. From Fox News online:

Pennsylvania election law states "no person within a polling place may electioneer or solicit votes for any political party, political body, or candidate, nor may any unauthorized written or  printed materials be posted within the polling place."

A Philadelphia school district official said it was not their call to cover up the mural, which was put up in 2009 in the school where voters from Ward 35 cast their ballots. Workers, under court order finally put up papers to obscure part of the mural, but not all of it.

In Tallahassee, Florida, an Obama poster was seen hanging in the polling place for precincts who vote at the Jack L McLean Community Center.

In Chicago, an election judge who checked in voters in the 4th Ward was seen wearing a pro-Obama hat -- another clear violation of state election laws. The 4th Ward happens to be Obama's home district in Chicago.

And in Detroit, a GOP poll watcher was threatened by a voter who said he had a gun. The poll watcher, an attorney, asked the voter for his identification before voting. The man then told the watcher he had a badge and a gun and demanded the poll watcher leave the precinct building. The watcher then called 9-11 but his call was refused by police despite the threat of the gun.
