Finley School District officials will be holding their final public informational meeting about the proposed bond coming before voters on February 14th in a special election.

For the first time since 1999, voters will be asked to approve a bond that will provide $10 million dollars for a variety of projects, including:

  • Renovation of the career and technical facilities (CAT) buildings and greenhouses
  • Upgrade athletic facilities, including weight room, football field grandstands, locker room, and making the grandstands compliant with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards.
  • Install new security systems including cameras and a new key system in all school facilities.
  • New carpet in the elementary school, a new roof for the middle school and other projects.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 at the Finley Grange at 223005 E. Main Street Tuesday January 16th.
