Thursday afternoon, Dec. 16th, this guy was seen prancing up to a porch in the 1900 block of North 17th in Pasco.
The large package on the porch was grabbed, and he proceeded on his way.

And finally, 35% of porch pirate victims had 'only' one package taken in the last year, 30% said it happened twice, but then the rate plummets to less than ten percent for 3rd 4th or fifth times.
