After initially saying Kennewick would survive the cut, new information emerged Thursday February 7th, showing that Wisconsin based Shopklo is going to close it's stores in Walla Walla, Kennewick and Prosser. The Kennewick location is shown in our photo.

The company originally was facing well over $67 million in unpaid pharmaceuticals, an issue that prompted them to shut several dozen strores and close others pharmacies. But now under  bankruptcy plan, several dozen more stores around the Pacific Northwest are slated to close.

Kennewick and Prosser will go dark May 5th.  Here's a list of all the new closings.

January 16th, more bankruptcy proceedings were filed in court, it's hoped the company will emerge as a smaller, leaner, healthier company.
