Woman Who Walked Into Fountain Considering Lawsuit

I guess we're not responsible for our own actions anymore...

a Pennsylvania woman who's become the subject of a viral video showing her texting so intently at the Berkshire Mall she walked into a fountain has retained the services of an attorney and is considering a lawsuit.  Not over her walking into the shallow fountain pool at the mall, but because security officials released a cell phone recording of her footage to U-tube, where it became an overnight sensation.  Cathy Cruz Merrero says she wanted to hole up in her home and not come out for days, but that hasn't stopped her from asking an attorney to launch an investigation into whether the Security Guard at the mall was breaking the law in releasing her hilarious footage to the public.  We'll keep you Posted!
